At Paper Desk Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Return Window: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Both opened and unopened physical products are eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged, or item is defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paperdesksupply.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Our digital products, including the Office Reorder Checklist & Buying Guide, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact our support team for assistance.
Bulk orders (10+ cartons) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns not related to damage or error. Contact our support team for specific bulk return instructions.
