Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Paper Desk Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Physical Products

Return Window: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Both opened and unopened physical products are eligible for return, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in resellable condition (unopened items preferred)
  • Opened items must have at least 75% of the original contents remaining
  • Items must not be damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Original packaging should be included when possible

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@paperdesksupply.com with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for your return and the condition of the items
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved
  4. Package the items securely and include the RA number on or inside the package
  5. Ship the items to the return address provided by our team

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged, or item is defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email within 3-5 business days of receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paperdesksupply.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (PDFs, guides, checklists) once downloaded
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
  • Items that have been heavily used, damaged by the customer, or altered

Digital Products

Our digital products, including the Office Reorder Checklist & Buying Guide, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact our support team for assistance.

Bulk Order Returns

Bulk orders (10+ cartons) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns not related to damage or error. Contact our support team for specific bulk return instructions.
