Paper Desk Supply ships only to the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping to any other countries. All orders must have a delivery address within the United States or Canada.

Free Shipping is available on eligible orders within the United States and Canada. Eligibility is determined at checkout based on order total, product weight, and destination.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Digital products do not require shipping. They are delivered digitally via download link, which is provided immediately after purchase on the order confirmation page and sent via email.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website or visit our Track Your Order page.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paperdesksupply.com with photos. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after 10 business days (US) or 15 business days (Canada) from the shipment date.
