Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website or visit our Track Your Order page.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paperdesksupply.com with photos. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us after 10 business days (US) from the shipment date.
